Who is responsible for your information
ZENITHWELL DYNAMICS LTD, trading as KeyCrypt, is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16913870, at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. Contact support@keycript.com for privacy questions or to exercise your rights.
This notice covers our website and store under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended.
Information we collect and where it comes from
Accounts: the email address, display name, hashed password, language, currency and communication preferences you provide, together with account creation and update dates. We do not store readable passwords.
Orders: your contact email, billing country, account or checkout-browser reference, purchased items, amounts, payment references, order dates and payment and delivery status. The checkout sends your cardholder name and browser information to the payment gateway. For Steam Gifts we also process the Steam friend invite link and account country you provide.
Support and subscriptions: your name, email, category, subject, message and submission date; newsletter signup and consent dates. Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or full game keys in a message.
Technical information: session and order-access identifiers, security and rate-limit records, and information ordinarily included in hosting logs, such as IP address, request time, page and browser details. Browser storage holds the shopping and display preferences explained in our Cookie & Storage Policy.
We receive information directly from you and your browser, and payment, eligibility and delivery results from the payment and fulfilment providers used for your order.
Why we use information and our lawful bases
Contract: to create and operate the account you request, prepare an order, process payment, check product availability and activation region, deliver digital products, and deal with order enquiries, cancellations and refunds.
Legal obligation: to keep necessary accounting and tax records, fulfil consumer rights, and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
Legitimate interests: to protect accounts and payments, prevent misuse and fraud, investigate technical problems, manage general enquiries and complaints, and establish or defend legal claims. We balance those interests against your rights and use only information needed for the purpose.
Consent: to record a newsletter subscription and send marketing if mailing is enabled. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. Declining marketing does not prevent a purchase. Reading this notice or accepting store terms is not consent to marketing.
Required checkout and account fields are needed to provide the requested service. Without them we may be unable to create an account, take payment or deliver an order. Optional marketing is separate.
Who receives information
Our hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to run and secure the website. Connpay handles hosted card payments and associated authentication; we send the contact, country, order and browser information required to process a payment. Card numbers and card security codes are entered on the external payment page, not stored by KeyCrypt.
FazerCards is used for supplier availability checks and fulfilment. For Steam Gifts, the supplier receives the recipient invite link, Steam account country and relevant order details. An optional Steam wallet eligibility check sends the login name you enter to the supplier; it never requires your Steam password. Steam and other redemption platforms apply their own terms and privacy notices to activity on their services.
We may share relevant records with professional advisers, payment-dispute handlers and public authorities where necessary for legal obligations or legitimate claims. We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
International processing
Hosting, payment, fulfilment and platform services may process information outside the UK. A restricted transfer must be covered by a UK adequacy regulation or an appropriate safeguard, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses, with additional measures where required. Limited legal exceptions may apply in specific circumstances.
Email support@keycript.com to ask which countries and safeguards apply to your information, or to request a copy of relevant safeguards, with confidential information redacted where necessary.
How long information is kept
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of legal record-keeping duties, unresolved disputes and applicable limitation periods.
Account profile information is kept while the account is in use, until you delete it or it is otherwise closed. Order, payment, refund and tax records may need to be retained after account closure for statutory accounting requirements and legal claims; relevant UK company accounting records are normally retained for six years from the end of the financial year concerned, and longer where law or an unresolved matter requires it.
Support records are retained for handling the enquiry and any related complaint or claim. Newsletter records are retained while the subscription is current; minimal withdrawal records may be kept to respect an opt-out. Security records and hosting logs are retained according to operational and security needs. Backup copies remain until replaced under the backup cycle and are not used for ordinary account access.
Deleting an account does not automatically erase separate order, support or newsletter records. Contact us to request their review or erasure; we will explain any information we must keep and why. Browser storage has separate lifetimes, described in the Cookie & Storage Policy.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of information you provided where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and can always object to direct marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Email support@keycript.com or write to our registered office. We may request proportionate identity verification. We normally respond without charge within one month; where the law allows extra time, we will explain the extension and the reason. Some rights have legal exceptions.
You can update your profile and delete your account in Account Settings. Clear browser saves separately through your browser settings.
Complaints and automated checks
Please contact us if you are concerned about how we handle your information. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Checkout performs automatic price, stock, country and payment-status checks. Payment providers may carry out their own fraud or authentication checks under their privacy notices. Contact us to question an order outcome or ask for human review; this notice does not authorise an otherwise unlawful solely automated decision.
Children, security and updates
The store is not intended for children under 18 to make purchases independently. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authority, contact us.
We use private server storage, hashed passwords, restricted access, encrypted stored activation keys and HTTPS to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Account recovery email, support confirmation email and newsletter delivery are not currently connected; use the published contact email for correspondence.
We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version; a change does not remove rights you already have.
Terms of Sale & Use
The terms for using KeyCrypt and purchasing digital game keys and Steam Gifts. Please save a copy before ordering.
Who you are buying from
Your seller is ZENITHWELL DYNAMICS LTD, trading as KeyCrypt, registered in England and Wales under number 16913870. Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. Email: support@keycript.com. Our Company Information page contains the official register link and contact details.
These terms apply to consumer purchases in English. You must be at least 18, able to enter into a contract and authorised to use the payment method. Observe the game’s age rating and the redemption platform’s eligibility rules.
What we sell and what to check
Eligible listings offer digital activation keys or Steam Gifts. No physical product is shipped. A key is redeemed on the stated platform; a Steam Gift is delivered to the recipient Steam account and must be accepted there. Check the exact edition, included content, language, platform, operating system, technical requirements and activation territory before ordering. Expansions may require a separately owned base game.
Some listings are previews or unverified estimates and cannot be purchased. Gift cards, software and Steam wallet funding are not available through the current card checkout unless expressly offered there. An “unknown” country check does not confirm eligibility.
You need a suitable device, internet access and any required platform account. A platform licence governs the use of the game. We remain responsible for our own obligations as the seller.
Prices, taxes and payment
Catalog prices are displayed in USD. Before payment, checkout checks live availability and provides a final EUR total, valid for ten minutes. The total shown before you pay is the amount we charge, including applicable taxes and any mandatory charges; any additional charge must be disclosed and agreed before payment. There is no physical shipping charge.
Eligible orders support credit or debit card payment on the hosted secure payment page. Your bank may charge its own currency-conversion or cross-border fee. KeyCrypt does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
If a price or listing error is discovered, we will not charge a higher amount without your agreement. If an accepted order cannot be honoured, we will contact you and refund any payment for the affected item. Your mandatory rights are unaffected.
Placing an order and forming the contract
Add the items to your cart, check quantities and product restrictions, enter your contact and country details, and review the total. For Steam Gifts, provide a valid friend invite link and the Steam account country. You can correct details and edit the cart before selecting the final Pay button.
Selecting Pay submits an order with an obligation to pay. A quote or saved cart is not acceptance. We accept your order when payment has been verified and the order is confirmed as paid on your order page. If payment cannot be confirmed, check the existing order before attempting another payment.
Keep your order reference and save or print the order page and these terms. Guest orders are accessible through the checkout browser; sign in before payment for account access on other devices. Automated order emails are not currently available. Contact us by email for a copy of your order information and applicable terms in a form you can keep.
Each purchase is a one-off order, with no recurring subscription or minimum membership term.
Digital delivery
Delivery starts after verified payment, subject to security checks and supplier availability. Keys appear on the order page when fulfilment completes. Steam Gifts are sent using the supplied invite link and country; accept the gift in Steam. Each Steam Gift order supports one copy of each game for the same recipient account.
Automatic delivery is not a guarantee of instant delivery. The order page shows its progress. Contact support@keycript.com if delivery fails or is delayed, or if a key does not work. If we cannot supply an item, we will refund it; any statutory right to end the contract for non-supply or delay remains available.
Do not disclose activation keys or guest-order access information publicly. We do not ask for your Steam password or authentication codes, and do not require you to use a VPN or misrepresent your country to activate a product.
Cancellation and your digital-content rights
UK consumers normally have 14 days, starting the day after the digital-content contract is made, to cancel without giving a reason. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how to cancel and the model cancellation form.
The digital-content cancellation right can end when supply begins only if you first expressly consent to supply during the cancellation period, acknowledge that this loses the cancellation right, and receive the legally required confirmation. Accepting these general terms, making payment, revealing a key or accepting a gift does not by itself provide that separate consent. The current checkout does not collect a separate cancellation waiver, so we do not rely on one.
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose made known and accepted before purchase, and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A faulty, invalid, already-used or incorrectly supplied key may give you rights to repair or replacement, a price reduction or refund. Cancellation rules do not remove these rights.
Accounts and fair use
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials private. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, use payment details without authority, resell unlawfully obtained keys or submit another person’s private information without permission. Tell us if you suspect account misuse.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security, fraud or unlawful use, and will explain where lawful and practical. This does not cancel valid consumer claims or let us retain payment for an item we cannot supply.
Your cart, wishlist and recently viewed games are browser saves and do not automatically sync across devices. Account settings and deletion are available in Account Settings. See the Privacy Policy for personal information.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
We supply products for personal use under these consumer terms. Platform outages or technical incompatibility do not automatically establish a seller fault, but we remain responsible for the product description and any remedies required by law. Nothing here makes all digital sales final or excludes a remedy simply because a code has been delivered or redeemed.
Game artwork, trademarks and platform names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Complaints, governing law and changes
Send complaints to support@keycript.com, through the contact form or by post to our registered office, with your order reference and the resolution sought. If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint, we will provide any alternative dispute resolution information required by law, including whether we will participate. This does not restrict access to a court.
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland can also bring proceedings in their local courts. If you live elsewhere, mandatory consumer protections and court rights available in your country of residence continue to apply.
The terms in force when we accept your order apply to that order. Later changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to an existing purchase.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
How to cancel a digital order, report a delivery problem or request a remedy under UK consumer law.
Request a cancellation or refund
Email support@keycript.com, use the contact form, or write to ZENITHWELL DYNAMICS LTD, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. State clearly that you wish to cancel or request a refund and include your order reference and purchase email. A clear statement is sufficient; you do not have to use our model form.
Keep a copy of your message and any support reference. The website saves contact-form submissions but does not currently send a confirmation email. Do not send a complete activation key, password or card number; we may request limited information needed to locate the transaction.
Your 14-day cancellation right
For a UK consumer buying digital content, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day on which the contract is made, counted from the following day. You can cancel without giving a reason. Send your cancellation before that deadline; you do not need to wait for us to reply.
A digital-content cancellation right is lost on early supply only when the required prior express consent, acknowledgement of loss and contract confirmation have all been provided. A general terms checkbox, payment, key reveal or redemption alone is not that consent. The current checkout does not collect a separate waiver; we therefore do not treat digital delivery as removing your cancellation right.
If legally required cancellation information was not provided, any extended cancellation period provided by law applies. Where supply began without the required consent and acknowledgement, you do not bear a charge for digital content supplied during the cancellation period where the law so provides.
Invalid, faulty or incorrectly supplied products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for an agreed purpose and as described. Contact us if a code is invalid, already used, for the wrong edition or region compared with the listing, or if a gift cannot be delivered as agreed. Include the error message and relevant platform and country information, with sensitive information obscured.
Where the law allows, we will repair or replace the digital content within a reasonable time, without significant inconvenience and at no cost. If that is impossible, or the remedy fails or is not provided as required, you may be entitled to a price reduction up to a full refund. Other statutory remedies, including for qualifying damage to your device or other digital content caused by a lack of reasonable care and skill, remain available.
Delivery or activation does not remove remedies for faulty or misdescribed content. A region or compatibility restriction that was clearly and accurately disclosed may affect whether a product is faulty; it does not remove an otherwise available cancellation right.
Non-delivery and duplicate payments
Check the order page if payment or delivery is pending, and contact us before paying again. If we cannot fulfil a paid item, we will refund the amount paid for that item. Tell us promptly about a suspected duplicate or unauthorised payment; contact your bank as well where appropriate.
Steam Gifts are delivered to the recipient account and country entered at checkout. Contact us if those details need correction. We will explain the available options and any applicable rights rather than automatically treating the order as non-refundable.
How and when refunds are made
For a valid statutory cancellation, we reimburse payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to cancel. For a statutory digital-content price reduction, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to it. Other mandatory time limits take precedence where applicable.
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we do not charge a refund or administration fee for a statutory remedy. The refund is made in the original charged currency, EUR. Your bank’s conversion rate or fees may mean the amount in your local currency differs from the original debit.
Refund requests are reviewed by support; there is no automatic refund button in the current store. That process does not extend statutory deadlines or make a valid legal right discretionary.
Model cancellation form
Use this form only if you wish to cancel. You may copy it into an email or send it by post.
To: ZENITHWELL DYNAMICS LTD, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF; email support@keycript.com.
I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the supply of the following digital content: [product(s)]. Ordered on: [date]. Order reference: [reference]. Name of consumer(s): [name]. Your rights and complaints
This policy forms part of our Terms of Sale & Use. It does not limit mandatory rights under UK law or protections that apply in your country of residence. For a purchase made from another seller, contact that seller.
If you disagree with a decision, reply to support@keycript.com asking for the complaint to be reviewed. We will explain our reasons and any further steps required by law.
Cookie & Storage Policy
What this site saves on your device, why it is used, and how you can control it.
Cookies and similar technologies
ZENITHWELL DYNAMICS LTD, trading as KeyCrypt, uses first-party cookies, local storage and session storage to provide the store. UK rules on device storage apply to similar technologies as well as cookies. Storage used for a service you request, such as a session or shopping cart, is distinct from advertising or analytics tracking.
The current website does not include advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party marketing pixels. Choosing Accept in the storage banner does not activate an advertising or analytics service.
Session and order-access cookies
KEYSTORESESSID: an essential first-party cookie identifying your server session for sign-in, security checks and store operations. It lasts for the browser session. Account sessions also have a 30-minute inactivity limit and a 24-hour maximum on the server.
KEYCRYPTORDER: an essential first-party cookie used during checkout to authorise access to guest orders in that browser. It is set for up to 30 days. Clearing it may prevent guest-order access; keep your reference or sign in before purchase.
These cookies are HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax and marked Secure when sent over HTTPS. They contain identifiers rather than your password or card details.
World and display preferences
keystore_world: a first-party cookie remembering the world you select for up to one year. It stores the selected world name. World and motion preferences may also be saved in local storage to remember your requested display choices.
keystore.cookie-choice: local storage recording your storage-banner choice. It remains until replaced or cleared. It is not a marketing subscription.
Shopping and browser saves
Local storage saves your cart (keystore.cart), wishlist (keystore.wishlist), recently viewed games (keystore.recent) and cached product details (keystore.product-cache), together with display preferences. These saves are specific to your browser and do not automatically sync to your account or another device.
Local storage has no fixed automatic expiry in the current store; records may be updated or bounded by the feature, and remain until replaced or cleared. Session storage holds choices such as selected editions and country checks for the current tab session. The browser normally removes session storage when that tab session ends.
These records are separate from your server account, orders and support messages. Deleting a browser save does not cancel an order or delete server records.
External payment and platform services
When you follow a link to a hosted payment page, Steam or another platform, that service may set cookies on its own site. Its cookie and privacy notices explain that processing. KeyCrypt’s storage-banner choice does not control another website’s cookies.
Control or remove storage
Use Storage preferences below to reopen our banner. Both existing banner choices record a preference; no optional advertising or analytics service is currently connected. To inspect, block or remove cookies, local storage or session storage, use your browser’s privacy and site-data controls for keycript.com.
Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, cart functions or guest-order access. Clearing site data resets browser saves and display choices and may sign you out. To stop persistent browser saves, block site storage or use a private browsing session, subject to your browser’s settings.
Use the skip link to reach the main content. Menus, forms, product controls, and help accordions support keyboard operation. Platform and policy tabs can be navigated with arrow keys, Home, and End.
Motion and readability
The site respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. Animated world scenes also have a pause control. Layouts adapt to narrower screens, and text can be enlarged using your browser’s zoom.
Forms and feedback
Form fields have labels, required information is indicated, and submission feedback is announced to assistive technology. Account, order, and key screens show their actual empty or unavailable state.
Report an accessibility issue
Use the contact form and choose Privacy or accessibility. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete, and any browser or assistive technology details that would help reproduce the issue.
This describes the implemented features; no formal accessibility certification has been issued for this website.
